It is very disappointing that the hotel management refused to allow visitors to room. It can be their management policy not to allow visitors to guest room which can be of various reasons.But as a customer I felt very disappointed about this, I could have avoided booking this hotel if know earlier which booking.I need to have a closed discussion with my team but was insisted to have in the lobby area or at the restuarant which is not operational. After much of arguement with the front office team, then they allowed my guests and insisted them to leave by 6pm and this was reminded by the front office team thru intercom. This was very disappointing and seems unprofessional.

Good hotel but location hotel is situated is not that good. No better option nearby for lunch and dinner. Service is nice but they charge more for early checkin usually other similar hotels charge . No soap stand provided in the bathroom although they provided shower gel which many doesnt like. We need to dial reception all the times as no one from house keeping extension respond.

Very bad service. I stayed for two days in two different rooms because day one we slept without AC inspite of paying for an AC room and day 2 they gave me another room. Breakfast timing as mentioned in the hotel room is 7.30 - 10.30. But breakfast was over at 10.00. They had no justification for this. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The stay was quite nice for the price. Most of the things were well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was also good. The Iron-box and hairdryer facility was also useful. Overall the stay was fine and the hospitality was better. Will be looking forward to stay in Treebo with the short comings made up. Thank you for the stay

overall i loved this place to stay. the location of the hotel ,view, amenities and staff behaviour all are up to the mark. i would love to recommend it for others who want stays around kormangala and btm layout. one suggestion to the hotel is to add some other items to the breakfast menu. thank you

Good and clean rooms with a very helpful staff. I was a little worried about the smoking policy but they have seperate smoking areas too for smokers so it was comfortable. Breakfast was balanced and healthy. definitely recommend.

Found amazing hotel in reasonable price. Rooms are so clean & spacious. Staff is very polite & supportive. Breakfast provided by them was so delicious.
