Cons:1. Complimentary stuff a mentioned in the hotel's brochure (kept in the room) were not given, The guests are supposed to be given bottled water, tea bags, coffee sachet, milk powder sachet, sugar sachet and shaving kit.2. Lunch menu is tasteless with least items to choose from (but dinner is okay).3. Swimming pool is dirty and untidy with broken junked ladder.4. Water supplied to room has some hard odor and not potable.5. WiFi is very very very weak, while it is mostly unavailable due to frequent switching on and switching off of WiFi device due to frequent voltage fluctuations.Pros:1. Service boys are really fast and prompt.2. Very calm and quiet place to spend time inside.3. Spacious room and bathroom with a changing room (big plus).4. Dinner menu is good

my partner and i recently stayed at treebo cecil resort, and it was an unforgettable experience! from the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. they were always available to assist with anything we needed, making sure we had a smooth and relaxing stay. the resort is in a peaceful, remote location, perfect for a quiet retreat. the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a variety of vegetarian options. if you're looking for a serene getaway to unwind and enjoy quality time, treebo cecil resort is the place to be. we had an amazing time and highly recommend it for a peaceful retreat in matheran.

stay was average. there is no network and wifi doesn't connect in the rooms.. and wifi speed is also bad. there was no hot water in our room. they took 2-3 hours to repair heater. location is near to Matheran station but it's in remote area. plus point : staff is polite, well cleaned premises. they let you check in early. food was okay couple friendly premises

Experience was just awesome... The staff is excellent... The main person Jiteshbhai is also so genuine.. The atmosphere is so relaxing... The food is also good... The games for the fun are also good one.. So, overall it's a perfect stay in matheran... The atmosphere here is so cool and romantic kind of...so it was great staying over here..
