An extremely badly managed hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 3:00 pm. The receptionist was busy watching some video on his screen to even notice that a guest was waiting at the counter. After that we were allotted a room which was not cleaned after a previous check out even though it was 3:00 pm. We got a change of room done with some effort as the receptionist was new on the job. Sometime later we ordered tea, 1 portion of masala Maggie and 1 portion bread butter toast..The same didn't arrive for 30 mins and then when we called back to inquire we were told that any order takes 40 minutes minimum. So the 2 minute maggi, 2 cups of tea and bread takes 40 minutes by their standards. When the order finally arrived, it contained 1 single piece of bread. when asked why a single slice, he said because you asked for 1 bread butter toast🙂So after explaining what 1 portion of bread butter toast means and showing him that their menu mentions 4 pieces, 3 slices of Tava warmed bread with minimal burnt butter were given to us. That's when we realised that no one working here has any knowledge or training in hotel or restaurant work. Even so, as we went on to rest after a long drive amidst sounds of staff shouting across the hallway talking to each other loudly resonating and had just managed a half hour nap, the bell rang 3 times. The room service staff had come to get our signature on that order!! We were woken up because he didn't take the signature at the time he served us. We were shocked by such incompetency. The entire place doesn't have any hospitality industry training or know how and is being run worse than a railway station waiting room & canteen. The hotel property is adequate and well maintained. But no management.

Arrogancy at RECEPTION. No toilet paper in washroom, when asked to hotel staff they said- it's not in our policy. Overall Treatment by hotel staff was not good, except at kitchen. Treebo informed us that early check-in is free if room is available. At reception they were asking for 500 Rs extra for early check-in, when contacted treebo customer care, receptionist started ignoring us. They have given only one water bottle for 3 guest, they said it's our policy. Bod experience

Staff doesn't listen to your complaints. AC for few rooms not working and they argue with you with reasons as its winter why you need AC ? Property is 6 months old however better management is required. I have to call 3 time to customer care to get assistance.

Overall pathetic experience, it shown as 3 star hotel, but it is a very ordinary hotel, lady at the reception was rude and unprofessional. food quality third class, served breakfast at a dirty place, D2H was having only few non HD local channels.

Rooms are very neat and clean, well-lighted and hygienic. there is well behaved staff in this hotel and there is good quality and hygienic food also available in this hotel. I wish to stay in this hotel again during my next visit.
