The room was clean.The sheets and linen were clean,but the bed runner cloth and cushions were not properly cleaned. The ambience was good, and connectivity to transportation is also great. The air conditioning was good and efficient The Wifi was good. Staff were kind and helpful. The washroom, however, had sewer gases coming into the room if the bathroom door was opened.This indicated bad drainage design without proper drain traps that were not installed. These sever drainage gases areseriously dangerous to health and are foul-smelling poisonous gases. The property is safe and has security and CCTV coverage all around the place.

I stayed at comforts Inn for 1 night and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed. Overall, I felt that the hotel offered great value for money and would definitely stay here again during my next visit. I felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers for its safety, convenience, and value for money.

bathrooms r wet, n when i told the reception guy about this, he said what we do in the bathroom, bathrooms are used to be wet only. AC not working properly, even at 16 ⁰c, its like 25 or 26, toilet exhaust not working. when i asked to change the room, then i got the reply that sir, rooms r like this only. Yold me to cancel the booking...what a rubbish...such a horrible experience...

Well initially the closet broke and a minor injury prevailed...but nevertheless we got a new room....overall experience was average...hope hoteliers would look into their amenities before allowing customers in....plus staff behaviour at times need to be kept under check......

The amenities mentioned in the description were not provided initially. It is provided when complaints are made. And they refused to provide the cutlery for the dinner in the room. services are very late, pathetic.
