very bad experience raha humara hotel me rooms me windows nahi the welcome drink nahi Mila Hume 8:30 me room Khali hone ke baad bhi hume 11:45 me room mila faimily se saath hume bahut der wait karna pada reception bhi bahut chota hai baithne ka bhi palace sahi se nahi hai breakfast bhi accha nahi tha aur to hume toiletries bhi nahi Diya gya room bahut costly hai according to fecility. Mai next time kabi nahi jana chahunga

It was an average stay. We were on a budget so we had no other good options to park, the room was quite old and i didnt find it very clean, bed was ok so we stayed. Location was good and breakfast was average but free so that was a good thing. Rest if youre tight on budget and need to just be in room for 8-10 hours, book it.Budget friendly, free breakfast was good

I stayed at Treebo Greenland on Mall Road in Shimla, and while the overall experience was fine, there were some areas for improvement. The breakfast provided was underwhelming and could use better quality. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from improved cleanliness to enhance guest comfort.

According to photo in the gallery on the hotel detail so small room and no one adjust in the rooms so i left out before my checkout and no adjustments by owner my experience is very bad. so small rooms no chair in the room and table not adjusted so conjugated

overall good stay. it could have been better if it is more clean eg. floor n doormats. it is on the main road lot of traffic movement but near to mall road n lakkar bazar. food was delicious n staff was cooperative.
