I had a decent stay at this hotel on 16th March to 17th March 2025, but there were a few aspects that could be improved: Location: The hotel is not situated at Raja Seat, as expected. It is approximately 1 km away, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Room Size: The room provided was quite small, making it less comfortable. Accessibility: The rooms are located two floors below the road level, and there is no passenger lift, which can be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Bathroom Facilities: There is no provision for hanging clothes in the bathroom, and there is also no stool for sitting while taking a bath. Overall, while the stay was manageable, these factors made it less convenient. Some improvements in accessibility and room amenities would enhance the experience for future guests.

The only thing good about hotel is its location as it is in city center apart from that nothing is good. There is only one staff in the hotel to take care of if you need anything. they don't have a kitchen.. If u need anything to eat, they order from some another hotel. If you book your room with breakfast. they provide you very limited breakfast which is even not full your stomach. They will charge if u need more. Suppose if u order a Dosa for breakfast. They will give u only one and if u need more, they will charge u. Earthworms are daily coming into the bathroom which was a huge one. Never seen an earthworm of that size. we have changed room twice for that.

hotel is near to raja seat. overall the property is clean but tap of bathroom was broken they won't provide toiletries and towel by default. I have asked for towel. the don't have inhouse kitchen or restaurant and for breakfast they are buying from outside and the quality was worst. they Don't that proper parking. for parking car you need to be extra careful as in front of property you need to park and there you have iron pillor as separator. without any security guard. average as food was worst parking was cramp, only good thing was location

We have booked for 3 and they provided 2 bedded room and when we asked for three which we already paid they are telling that they already given room to some other guests who came directly to hotel and room was totally disgusting with bad smell from bathroom and Every single pipe has leakage. When we asked for extra bed they are asking to pay for bed which we already paid for three. Don't recommend anyone which i experienced personally. Others i don't this is my personal experience

Place is fine. But what I found annoying is, for some reason they were turning off the geyser from outside. Every time I want to use the geyser, I had to call them to turn it on. And location felt a bit outskirts from main town. Stay was average.

Stay was Good Rooms are very cleanly maintained and attenders are very friendly and knowledgeable service was excellent, little improvements in quality of food is required rest everything was good 👍🏻 we are happy 😊

Rooms are okay, Staff is good. Only issue is with the breakfast ans they don't have buffet and order it from some other restaurants so we need to provide details/count one night before.

Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, but external area was not clean. Amount paid was not worth to the room we stayed. not recommended for stay.
