The rooms were not at all maintained , there was no reception staff present at the time of our arrival or during check out . The whole resort was empty but they choose to give us the worst room of all just because we booked it online and last minute . There was some kind of insect residue falling from underneath the bed and the washroom had a weird smell too. The shower water had a smell of mud too. I would not recommend this stay for anyone

nice room with beautiful scenery/natural surroundings nearby. i visited in off season in monsoon , it was raining heavily and one pro tip is to book rooms at 1st floor as small insects can easily crawl into rooms at ground floor. overall ambience was good, room was clean , staff was courteous.

Good pleasant stay at Morjim. Markets, Food are at walkable place.. Overall good stay. They can just improve breakfast experience which they offer - instead of paper cups they can use reusable china clay cups. Both Morjim and Ashvem beaches are 5 to 10 mins Car Drive.

I have stayed in property for 2 days. The location of this property is around 1.5 km from beach. services and cleanliness for rooms are very poor. Also on my stay I got electric current in bathroom couple of times.. my user experience is pathetic in this hotel.

The property is in a nice location in Morjim and is well-maintained. Although it's not on the beach, it's also not too far from one.
