Location good,centre of the city, cleanliness to improve lot,bathroom fittings & walls everywhere smudges, toiletries on request, one bath towel, instead of hand towel got an used toilet roll in the holder, the same or lesser price many properties offering all the basic amenities, drinking glasses dirty, bath-rug look's filthy, requested to change then the new rug doesn't have anti slip grip, so slippery, CCTV need to install more not enough as a security purposes. Not suitable for family based on room size, however couple or single occupancy accommodate okay. Overall to score 3, thanks.

I stayed with my family for 11 days.Too much construction work and drilling sounds whole day. no one comes for housekeeping.for any room service staff will come after 1 hours after continuous calling to reception. always dust enters in the room due to construction work. self service to be done for taking towels. bad quality of milk powder. violent behavior of General Manager even with ladies. no provision of food one has to order everything from swiggy. even tea is not provided after 5 hours they will tell can't provide.

A very new property in Nungambakkam chennai, i stayed for 1 day. Hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very courteous and helpful. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are shops around to get the things. Away from busy streets so making it more comfortable stay. Well connect with Us consulate (1 km), T Nagar (4 KM) and metro (1 km). Breakfast can be improved with more options of food.

The Hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped my parents with navigating the area and booking cabs on their app, also accommodated early breakfast on the last day as they had an early flight

no food. breakfast starting at 8 am is not helpful to those visiting the hospital etc.
