Very bad experience charging extra amount for the single occupancy room to double occupancy and hotel person was not allowed us to do check out asking for to pay the extra payment for the single person No good service and there is no support done from hotel side for the guest only there is important to money not for the guest stayed in hotel asking extra amount for single person and bill for double person

what a hotel. you have mentioned hundreds of amenities but you carefully avoided mentioning that it is a non AC room. since I have paid fully so I can not cancel. at least cancel the second day. pay my money back for the second day or if you don't then let me buy some food with it.

it was Really Good experience, Friendly staff, Beautiful view ,I like the parking space and alsomorning food was really great, very close to bustand and restuarants , Totally Worth it ❤️

Stayed for three days and it was a wonderful experience. Room and washroom were spotless and so was the kitchen. Mr Debabrata Guchchait was extremely caring. Would love to come again.

The location of hotel was good. A lot of toutist places were nearby. The rooms were clean and offered good view of the city
