i booked this hotel for 3 nights atay, They are charging extra money of Rs 825 for 3 days breakfast for my 10 yrs old daughter. I even showed her passport!I booked for 3 persons( 2 adults and 1 child) and breakfast is only complimentary for 2 persons! How on earth is this possible in Kolkata !!!I was charged for 3 days breakfast of my 10 year old daughter.Pathetic, we have reached Kolkata from bangkok early morning at around 6 am on 1st of January 2024,, so i called the customer care from the Airport that we want an early check in . After taking a tea break we proceed to the AirportAfter we reached the hotel at around 8 AM The manager was still sleeping and even refused to check us in! I called the customer care again for my horrible ordeal , The customer care lady even spoke to the manager and request him to let us checked in !The worst part is The manager (The one sitting in reception counter) demanded and took Rs 1000 Just 1 and half hour early check in . Eventually he gave me back Rs 500 just because he is scared that i will eventually complain. The manager should be sacked immediately.The one i refer to may not be the Manager of the Hotel but the one who is taking charge in the reception counter.a person who has a night duty on 31st of January 2024 is horrible... Extortionist as well as arrogant.we booked for 3 persons but why do we need to pay for 3 days breakfast of my 10 year old daughter whom i mentioned clearly in the hotel bookings details.I would be very grateful if you can return us the said extra charge of Rs 825 for that breakfast.not to mention, given to the receptionist has not given me any receipt either?Please clarify why extra money of Rs 825 for breakfast is necessary! And please return Rs 825 through money transfer....

good stay!! Supportive staff. Awesome and spacious hotel and very picturesque too! Good in ambience! The restaurant here is awesome! Staffs are also very helpful and nice. I don't know about stay but hear they are awesome! Keep it up management!!👍🏼👍🏼😁😁the behavior of the staff. best hotel I would recommend to everyone. I like the location of the hotel. very close by to the place where i had work to do. We stayed in this hotel and we were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff like Kavita at housekeeping as she made sure and ensured that all of our needs were met on time and attended professionally. She attended whenever we have requested for some extra amenities and toiletries for some of our particular need. She extended her courteous gesture and visited us and we liked to see such a courteous staff. We as a family liked the way she helped us and will certainly recommend this hotel to our other friends and relatives.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Staffs are co operative. There was minor delay at check in. We stayed in Deluxe room. Rooms were good and clean. Staff also provided additional pillows for safety of my 10 month old baby. Location of the hotel is good. Buffet breakfast was complimentary and was tasty. 1 tip : Kindly buy 1 Or 2 litre water bottle from outside and tell the room service to fill that daily. They will readily do that. Otherwise you will end up paying Rs 37.00 for a Rs 20.00 bottle. Food rates are on higher side. Only issue I had was miscommunication between treebo central office and individual hotel person. I requested for late check out and central office told that there will be no fee charged if I check out till 2 pm but hotel staff told that there will be charges applicable. Overall the stay was safe and good. Clean room and staff behaviour especially Gautam and other guys who look after the breakfast.

the hotel was not up to the markthe tidiness of the bedding and furnishings were not up to the markthe room was very congested there was hardly any room for movement only 1 litre was provided free for 2 personsthe price of additional water was just doubled from mrp the price of a cup of tea was 3 timesthe breakfast had very few choicesthe price of the hotel is highly inflatedthe price of the room should have been not more than ₹1600 to ₹2000.staff behaviour was good

Faraz from Front Desk and Rakesh from F&B gave excellent service. Thanks to their pleasant nature, my stay was memorable. Room was neat and clean and had all amenities. I had a very good stay. The bell boys were also very nice and polite.. BTW - The Front Office guy on duty in the morning was still sleeping on the floor when I went to check out at 8:40 AM. Only thing is there are bar/restaurants outside and people were talking very loudly till late.

A nice room for 1 person, it's in a decent area, the Room Service & the staff are good. But the Cleaning was skipped for a day in my room. What made my visit here unpleasant was that outside food is not allowed & visitors too ( as mentioned) overall the stay was good. The Food is expensive here and lacks variety. So you the outside food ban should be removed.

Had a superb stay at this property, room size is average but very neat and clean. food served is very delicious especially crispy chilly baby corn and chilly chicken, noodles and yellow dal fry was also awesome. service was also very quick. parking 4 wheeler is a problem as lane is very congested in the morning. Food taste and quick service.

nice hotel but it should improve, towels are very dirty. breakfast options should increase .Fot me they served with poori ,bread and omlet. uthapam with sambar and no chutney. @ hotel management try to keep bucket and mug in the washrooms
