From Goibibo mobile app I got very good discount for hotel stay in Mangalore. The hotel Pappilon Palace at Navbharath Circle, Mangalore city is good to stay for family or couple. Breakfast was healthy and fresh. Hotel staff very polite and ready to help. Room service quick. Geyser , AC , Room clean, Bed Sheet , Room space everything is good. Overall I had pleasant stay experience for roaming around Mangalore. There is parking facility for Car. I am vegetarian so found veg restaurant SAGAR RATANA beside the Pappilon Palace inside "The Ocean Pearl" building. Restaurant is having only breakfast facility. The view and ventilation of air for the room allocated to us.

It was so great Bed spreads were not cleansed properly Very poor room service. Morning breakfast is horrible, better not give such morning breakfast as complimentary. Wash basin water is leaking continuously. Asked to refill coffee powder no response at all. Overall it was not a great experience. Not for a pleasure trip

Very comfortable rooms with functional AC and geysers. Very helpful staff. Location is perfect for those wanting to stay in the city and wish to travel to Mangalore Central Railway station on short notice, or anywhere in the city. The free breakfast served from 8am to 10am is also very good. Overall, very good experience.

It is worst experience. Hotel has agreed for one night stay and provided a bill for refunded details.but the amount not credited to account.For one day stay i have paid 2 and half day amount.
