Very disappointed. My mom(60 yr old) being a patient of chronic hypertension with arthritis by mistake dropped a spoon of dal makhani that left a little stain on our bed sheet for which this greedy hotel charged 500! They don't provide any table/chair to eat in the first place, their standard rooms are so smalll as compared to other hotels. And their house keeping is a mess. No towel and soap was provided and when we asked, it took them 1 whole hour to provide the same. Small rooms for the cost(3-3.5 k/night), bad house keeping with greedy owners who have no sympathy for elders. I highly recommend others to book other hotels like Dwarkamai who are way better at the same cost. The only saving grace of Hotel Brijj inn is its awesome food rest is terrible.

This was mine 3rd booking in Brijinn via treebo. null of the single time the reception person provide the hotel gst bill while I requested many times. Apart from this, I was eligible for 10% discount, still the reception person didn't provide me the discount & charge the full value amount. They are treating like as, we are paying less & getting more. They don't treat well.

the room was nice and clean and the room service was also very nice and the food was fresh and hot we ordered room service. The staff was courteous except for one of the managers at the front desk who was a little rude also sometimes our keycard was not working properly that could be fixed we liked the privacy and the room service quality

The staff is completely unprofessional and non cooperative.. Shower issues were also there, there was no pressure in it, while I had to change my room, still the problem was the same. During Breakfast, I requested the staff to provide me a bowl, they just passed on to each other, ultimately I had to manage myself.

room are good, the problem is only the complementary break which they are giving when customer come for breakfast before finishing their breakfast the hotel staff removing the one by one food item's so the customer wants to eat gulab jamun, tost butter coffee ects but it's removed from the counter.

Its mentioned that 2hrs early checkin was complementary but given rooms available I had to pay 672 INR to checkin early because they threatened me to allow me to checkin at 11:30 So I paid up. Secondly rooms need pest control as I could see multiple flies and pest in the room

No early check-in concept by Hotel, check-in permitted after 12 PM only if we have to check in at 11 also the hotel charges 700 Rs for an hour. Customer service is not at all good. No Shaving kit, Tissue paper in room

Its not worth according to tariff and property..no wifi..no hot water and no proper breakfast. I would not suggest anybody to stay in this hotel
