Worst management, apathetic room. Really felt so embarrassed with my partner, after visited this hotel. Its shown as couple friendly but the beds and bedsheets are separate, if i ask to hotel receptionist about this, he told that hotel not couple friendly its only for corporate and family. Shower was not working at all and room was not at all cleaned. Completely it ruined my day.

The guys who say they are managers are very rude and not addressing customer issues. We did not get hot water for a whole day and phone was not working and no recharge done for TV. Even house keeping is not regular, we have to repeatedly call the manager for house keeping and those people respond rudely. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Nobody came until I inform them about housekeeping, also not providing milk powder, coffee, etc. I booked a Deluxe double room for me and my wife. and they provided one dental kit 🙄

Very Careless staff. Not interested to serve there duty .RUDE BEAVIOUR. If any body is in hurry to take flight etc they are not bothered to serve food .
