I had accidentally booked the room at the hotel for 19-20 feb instead of 18-19 Feb, 2025. I reached the property late at 1 am and requested the property manager to provide a room as I have to catch a flight early in the morning. He simply refused despite having rooms available and the booking for the 18-19 Feb and change was not possible from the app. So, I spent the whole amount of Rs 2000 without staying...Very poor ...!!!!!!!!!

The location is near to the railway station. The room which i stayed in was very small, with no intercom. Even to ask for drinking water, I had to go down to the reception. bedsheet had stains, floor was dirty. overall it was a very average experience.

The location is 800 meters from the railway station. Room I stayed was very small, no intercom. For anything I needed, I had to go to the reception. Breakfast had only one item. overall average stay.

Dirty Bed sheet and pillow cover. No WI-FI Landline is not working Quality is not maintained as per Treebo group known for.
