Horrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was nonexistent—there were cockroaches and rats in the room, dirty bedsheets, and an unbearable smell throughout the place. To make things worse, Despite advertising free breakfast, there was none. The hotel clearly has a serious pest infestation problem, and management doesn’t seem to care about hygiene or guest comfort.I strongly advise against staying here unless you want a nightmarish experience. Absolutely not recommended!

It was great experience to stay at Treebo, staff were friendly and polite, room was clean and breakfast was provided as mentioned. Surroundings are also peaceful and worth it. Can watch movies together and spend good times ordering food and all.

Everything was great, for such prices have provided all breakfast, tv and staff was polite and are resposnive. Surrounding is very peaceful as well. It was worth staying here because of the services that they provide at an affordable price.

The hotel has great ambience, calm area. Breakfast was okish kind of. Everything is good except for washroom. Sometimes flush doesn't work but they were good enough to change room the staff. Great stay at Treebo royal splendid worth it.

worst treebo place I had ever stayed nothing proper food is pathetic , rooms are very small no clean sheet nor towels nor nothing I would suggest all my friends out there not to choose this place if you value the hard earned money

Had a good stay at Treebo royal splendid everything was good, however there is one issue. Washroom is not as expected, need to maintain it properly rest all was better. Watches movies together had pleasant experience.

Hotel is like PG and not recommended for stay and it's not worthy for rupees per night for couple.No hygiene and bathrooms are not good. No proper ventillation and bad smell coming out especially in ground floor.
