During my recent stay at Sans Sarav, I encountered several issues: 1. **Extra Charges for Amenities:** - I was asked to pay additional money for providing an extra blanket. - An additional charge of ₹1,000 was requested for providing a mattress for the third adult in our room, which was not communicated to us during the booking process. 2. **Breakfast Service:** - The breakfast service had a very short window of 8:30 am to 9:30 am. - When I arrived at 9:00 am, the menu included idly, sambar, khichdi, and watermelon which as served miserably, However, the khichdi was already finished by that time. - Upon informing the staff that I do not eat idly, I was met with an indifferent response, stating, “that’s not our problem.” 3. **Hot Water Availability:** - There was no hot water available when I attempted to take a bath after 10:00 am. - I was informed that it would take another 30-45 minutes for hot water to be available and that I would have to pay extra if I wanted to extend my stay to wait for it. They gave us hot water at 12:30 and we checkout at around 1:00pm and they charged me Rs700 for extending my stay to have bath. - Alternatively, I was advised to use cold water if I did not wish to pay extra. 4. **Parking Issues:** - No car parking was provided, and my cars had to be parked on the road. - The hotel shares parking space with a nearby Domino's, whose staff warned me against parking in their area due to the frequent movement of their delivery riders, who could potentially scratch my cars. I stayed with my elderly parents and my 5-year-old daughter, which made these inconveniences even more challenging. Overall, these issues created a very unpleasant stay experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our hotel room was so clean and tidy. Loved the aesthetics, ambience, and space utilization. It is exactly as per the photos posted. Hotel staff was extremely courteous, polite, friendly, and understanding. Complimentary breakfast was served on rooftop terrace and the view from there was so soothing and amazing. The breakfast was home-made and the spread was decent. But what we loved the most was dosa and chutney. Dosas were super-soft and chutney was typical of Kerala-Karnataka style - so delicious. Though there is no restaurant within the hotel that serves food, they have a Domino's Pizza at the ground floor of the hotel. So overall experience was very nice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Sans Sarav, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Shivshankar, whose hospitality was beyond exceptional. He ensured every detail of our stay was perfect, from a seamless check-in process to personalized care throughout our visit.

Towels are very small and old. room size is very small, cheap food provided in the breakfast. shower liquid and hand wash are misplaced. No Good TV, remote not working. If you want a room with the best imperfection, just proceed. Nearby another hotel Treebo Athidhi is very very good and of the less price. we thought , we missed this when we went for lunch in that hotel restaurant. NXT time Treebo Athidhi.

The property, the rooms were average. The breakfast was good. The ac in both the rooms took forever to cool down (probably or low capacity) and there were no fans also as an alternative. The bathrooms were average with no proper ventilation/exhaust. The staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a very average stay for the price paid. Not very happy.

It was a pleasant stay and the hotel is located inside the city. Room size is pretty small for 2 people and it was not the same pic as shown at the time of booking. There is a bit issue with car parking as there is no dedicated space for parking. Overall it was a decent stay and comfortable.

very nice family friendly stay. rooms are new and clean. bathroom is also nice. friendly staffs. All time hot water. on the high way side. very near to tibetan golden temple and caveri nisargadham. only problem is lacking of car parking facility. comfort

I stayed there for a night along with family. The stay was comfortable. Rooms were neat and clean. Location was also easily accessible. Restaurant was not functional. We got the food delivered from outside. Recommended for family.

Very compact room, congested washroom, it looked like terrace was used to create additional rooms, breakfast was served on top of this structure and had limited options.
