Today is our first day and as the saying goes,our first impression is the last impression... we reached the property at around 11AM and were helped with our Check in immediately the staff was courteous and the room allotted was big and Clean on our request we were served with breakfast although the timing was long over. The taste of the paranthas was good but it was maida dough in place of wheat flour...the Vegetable sandwiches were tasty and the eggs ordered were perfectly made. Special mention to Mr.Aman he is a caring gentleman with a smile on his face and is prompt. The view from the balcony is great The property is old but well kept. Bell boys are just great and helping ONE ISSUE: AS PER THE DIRECTIVE OF THE GOVERNMENT YOU CHARGE THE PRINT PRICE OF Water & SOFT DRINK MENU SAYS RS 50 FOR A ONE LITRE PET WHICH IS NOT FAIR A PRACTICE. TEAM TREEBO MUST SEE TO IT

No doubt the location is great and the property has an ample number of rooms available. The rooms are quite spacious. But, the room service and the staff is so poor and illiterate that you cannot even expect them to understand what exactly you ask them for. They need to work on their staff. There is no common Bar or open area to enjoy natural views. I'm sure if someone from the hotel checks this comment, they should get this thing into place. Talking about the food quality, it is very costly but the quantity is very less and the quality is below average. Do not go for inclusive breakfast in case you book this hotel as the buffet will all be served cold.

worst experience ever in life. Never book this hotel. Room service is so poor that our dinner came after 90 minutes. aur maze ki baat order hamara nahi that. 8 baje Ka order Kiya huya raat ko 10 baje Mila aur wo bhi bilkul thanda. we are still in the hotel, as we have Two days' stay. No water in the morning. manager ko call kiya , he said sirf aapke room mai hi paani nahi aa Raha hai , Ek bucket bhar ke degaya. how that possible for us now ki ek bucket mai hum sab Naha dho Kar tyar ho jaay. Not recommended. Never come to this hotel. Room was not up to the mark.

pathetic Unprofessional staff, unsatisfactory cleanliness, Dampness, please do not rely on the photos shown here they provide rooms that are in bad condition and moreover have bad odour and non finished. unruly behaviour of hotel staff it was not a hotel we were expecting as the rooms showed in site are totally different from what you will be provided in reality pathetic condition of the hotel smelly rooms

when we arrived the staff alloted us the wrong room and then when I showed him the room I booked he neglected that that is downstairs that's why he didn't allot we had breakfast complementary but they did not provide us because they said we have to visit resturant because it's complementary and rest other meals can be delivered to your room doesn't sound good to me at all even charged 70 in for each water bottle

The hotel location is good and it's near all attractions, I must say that the hotelier is concerned to the tourist in all sense but the room selected and room allotted is not as per booked one . so while doing the check in room please take care of the room booked and allotted one as it will pay u a lot.

staff is good and cooperative.room is spacious as we have seen through online site.beside that common washroom is full of and dirty at the time of check-in. room service is late,room shown is different from what we got,options at breakfast is limited to buffet not much.it was good.

stay was good, humbel staff. willing to stay more in Kufri. parking is on first come first basis , i got easily. Breakfast was good, kid like the sandwiches, pooha. my room was good and balcony view awesome. no internal heater provided as Dec month stay is too cold.
