Pros: The location is very good and the road leading to it is also good. The views are good. (+4). The service is extremely good. They are prompt and quick to bring the food or anything else you require. (+4) The rooms were clean although I discovered a spider at night walking on my leg (so -1 point for that). (+4) The owner is extremely humble and a good person to talk to. He is helpful and a good caretaker of the property. Cons: The wifi is extremely slow. Similar or slower than 2G is I may compare. Amenities are very few in the room. No kettle, no tea or shampoo in the bathrooms. According to the price, a lot is expected from the room (paid more than 3000 per room.) +1 for amenities. Food and drinks are extremely limited. Got only 1 choice for the dinner the day I arrived. Only 2 choices for breakfast (including sandwich) and the items in the menu labelled as breakfast were not available. You can only choose from a couple of choices from the menu. According to me, the price I paid should have a higher level of choices and service. (+1 for above said things based on value for money). Total points = 16. My score = 16/5 = 3.2 ~ 3.

I recently stayed at Treebo Tree, Northern retreat and was extremely disappointed with the horrible stay. Despite paying the room was not worth more than 1500 and here is what future visitors should know : Firstly, it's not a resort it's a small homestay kind of hotel . the room was suffocating, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. Lacks basics like WiFi, television did not work, which was frustrating . Food was the biggest disaster with very limited options. Despite briefing the staff to make non spicy food, food was loaded with spices and which was disappointing to serve a 2.5 year old child. Breakfast was another disaster. Poorly understaffed no ventilation inside the rooms.Overall, the experience was worse than staying at a budget room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay especially with family and kids. Location is also average. And if you book this hotel , don't add meals .

The staff was polite and helpful. However, 1. You need to pay extra for a room heater in a region where the temperatures go below 0°C. 2. The food is garbage. I tried paneer, dal, roti, rice, and pulao. 3. I ordered pulao and there was no raita and papad with it; You need to buy it separately. Even a small restaurant will give raita and papad with pulao because it's the way it is served. 4. you can't reach the reception with the intercom/telephone in the room.

the hotel is very much in the interiors of narkanda its about 15kms away from narkanda in a village called thanadar. no facilities nearby..our booking was a waste of money we were just there for two hours and checked out towards kufri to the hotel we had booked for our previous stay. if anybody just wants to lockup in a room and relax then you can go...but its pretty cold during winters we could not tolerate

- This location is 15 Km Down from Narkanda and huge difference in weather and sea level height. - Those who looking for peace this is nice place for them. - no market near hotel so you have to manage with Hotel food . - Hotel have very Limited Food options but have nice and tasty food.

They making fool they dont show their rooms properly i booked 2 room after my check in i got to know they have duplex room which is family suit mere ek room ke paise waste ho gaye orrrr is hotel location boht kharab hai mat karna book they are theifs

Rooms are good with nice infrastructure and nice view. Location is not as per the expectation, it’s quite far from the Narkanda city itself in a small village. Food and buffet spread is also very limited and food options are limited Already shared

Superb resort and the stay was excellent.The accommodation staff behavior and services was all fine.They had their own restaurant and the food was nice. Overall worth the money property.

Ambience of the hotel is very good, location is awesome, staff is very good . The Hotel manager Mr. Naveen Bisht is generous and their hospitality is really excellent.
