dear team, i am writing to bring to your attention the issues i faced during my recent stay at the arista hotel, which i booked.i have been a long-time customer, and however, this time i was extremely disappointed with the experience. the washroom in the room was not cleaned properly, which was very concerning. in addition, several amenities in the washroom were either broken or damaged:1. the tissue roll hanging stand was broken.2. the washroom tiles were damaged.3. the body wash hanging stand was broken.these issues not only affected my comfort but also left me feeling embarrassed, as i was staying with a guest who also questioned my choice of booking. as a loyal customer, i never expected such a poor experience with a hotel listed.please investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution.i look forward to your prompt response and resolution.food was over cooked. also attached pictures.thankspushpinder singh

Arista hotel is in a good location with a lively restaurant on the top floor. The rooms are good and all facilities are there. Nearby locations have good food options. VR Punjab mall is nearly 1km from this hotel. So, well recommended.

Room is wide and clean everything is perfect only thing which need bit improvement is the bathroom they haven't got enough space for shower otherwise bathroom is clean room is very clean Staff behaviour is nice

Whenever we come to Chandigarh, we stay at Arista Hotel only.I have been staying here for the last 2 years The room is also amazing, the breakfast is very good and the management of everything is very good.😊😊
