Pros: 1. The rooms are pretty good and the view from the property is awesome! 2. The hotel is a bit away from the center and offers very pretty and serene view. 3. You get bonfire and Dj which is fun! 4. Car parking is available. Cons: 1. The food service is extremely slow, never faced anything slower till now. Day 1 we got our dinner after 2 hrs. 2. It's a bit difficult to reach the property as the last 500 m are steep and the road is rough. Please avoid if you are a new bie. 3. There is no lunch/snack option available throughout the day, only good thing is you can order via Swiggy/Zomato (food from Kailash Parbat was pretty good) Summary: Very good property, poor service.

Bad experience , do not go based on pictures Firstly the road to enter the building is dangerous very elevated one way route only if you are a very good driver you can reach the property location Secondly the washrooms are very bad and smelly , ours specially has a leakage from the ceiling , water tripped on the head when sat on toilet seat , informed them but no use Doesn't provide hair drier or even a room heater in room at least to dry our selves out , toiletries provided are not enough to any extent Next complementary breakfast was very poor choice of options , not at all a good spread I would never choose the above property again to book my vacation again

this is 2nd time in treebo Windsor. rooms are excellent quality, well maintained. staff is very helpful. nice free breakfast , dinner is available in order and is good quality. room pruce very reasonable ( around 3k) for the ooty . parking space is bit small but for the room quality, it is not an issue for me. if you don't have your own vehicle , then it is appx 5km from bus stand . you need to use auto.

The breakfast was good, including both North and South Indian dishes. Needs to work on hot water a little more. The staff was polite. The hotel is away from the city with serene views. You can easily grab an auto from the city centre to reach. It was neat and the view was serene

Stay was comfortable...power supply was intreppted throughout the day.... breakfast was provided which was not included in booking.... ambience and view was just amazing... overall nice stay especially suitable for couples

Rooms very pretty small & congested. We have only got the lukewarm water and no hot water facility available all the time. The price for the room is too high I have felt. The view from the room is totally awesome.
