I recently stayed in this resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the modern amenities . The bed was incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable, conveniently situated near to khatiya gate as we reached in 5 mins and making it easy to explore the area. I truly felt pampered and valued as a guest. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay! As a family staying at a resort, there are several aspects we particularly enjoyed: Spacious Accommodations The rooms were designed with families in mind, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Features like interconnected rooms or family suites made our stay even more convenient. Safe and Relaxing Environment The resort felt incredibly safe, giving us peace The tranquil surroundings and beautiful scenery made it an ideal place to unwind as a family

The team of Bhosraj, Dhaneshwar, Rahul and Santosh led by the manager, Pekhan, during my two days stay was exceptional. Their service was beyond expectation. Dhaneshwar even made go out of his own to drop me at the bus stand and Khatia booking center. The team are always ready and prompt in their service. The resort looks like your in a jungle being a little away from the main road. Best and most affordable resort in Khatia. If I ever come back again, I will stay here again.

very good stay.The manager Baghel ji and staffs are very helpful.Hospitality is excellent.Rooms are spacious.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Thanks to the entire Resort team.

Hospitality was 10 out of 10, Manager Baghel G is very helpful so does the staff, food was good. No tv and internet, travellers need to carry JIO Sim for internet, no other network working for data. Do not book evening safari, becaz of less sightings and timings. Choose at least 2 zones and 4 safaris to get better idea of the jungle.

very good budget resort with wonderful hospitality special thanks to Mr. Baghel, Bhojraj and Rahul who treat us as like family members, good homely food and plus campfire arrangements which was provided during dinner and morning tea, with very reasonable price. One must visit this resort for comfort.

The highlight of our stay was the proximity to Kanha Tiger Reserve. The team at the resort helped us organize an early morning safari, and the experience was breathtaking! We even spotted a tiger, which was the cherry on top of an already fantastic trip.

Hotel service is prompt and accurate. Very pleasant stay and it is near khatia gate Kanha. It has beautiful garden. I will recommend others. Very good for family as there are play areas for children.
