We were on business trip and had chosen Shiv Vilas Hotel. This is an extension of Hotel Shambhu Villas adjacent to it. We were there for 3 nights. Room was big & clean. This was a good thing. But overall experience was bad. Bed was old and was loose as it was creating sound. TV had Dish TV cable wherein the network was too poor that we couldn't watch any channel properly. WIFI signal was weak. They provide mineral water bottle on Day 1 only. From next day they provide RO water only. Hot water in bathroom was for name sake. It was actually luke warm only. We asked for plate and cutleries. They said that they don't provide these in rooms. Third day we gave keys in morning for housekeeping but in afternoon when we returned, room was not cleaned. Room= 3/5 Facilities & Room Services= 1/5

Location wise the hotel was good ....its near to the main attractions of the city ...room was spacious but ok ok ... there is a window in the room but the hotel is situated in a congested lane making the room gets no sunlight .... This hotel has a rooftop restaurant with a spectacular view of the city palace but u can only sit there if you order something from the restaurant otherwise the hotel room people are not allowed to sit there just for chillin as we have also faced it ...

Happy to share ,good property found for comfortable stay. Nice , cleanliness, supportive staff with special thanks for Mr. Anubhav Singh for changed our rooms as requested. Nice view from Hotel rooftop , We enjoyed at Swimming pool and delicious food with Romantic evening more important parking space available at hotel

Pathetic, really pathetic. it's a property deep inside a very narrow road and not the corner one on the main road. it's purely a gimmick. washrooms are full of dirt, bedsheets are torn, smell in the room, pigeons on the entrance... please don't go by the pictures..

Location wise this hotel is perfect as all major tourist spots in Udaipur are within 5km range of this hotel but as per the cost of the room the hotel amenities need improvement,
