Had a bad experience with the hostel. I got the bed in dorm was little unclutter. Room was hosting baggage of checked-out- people who might have kept there for safety. Attached bathroom was seem to be a public backroom with teared flooring, water spilled all over the place. In morning the so-called canteen was did not have sufficient staff, one man was managing all request. he was not able to cook good item. Despite reaching him multiple times for order yet he was puzzled with requests. The hotel staff was seemingly unhelpful towards the end, as they asked me to pay Rs. 500 for keeping my luggage for entire day. They mentioned that it is hotel policy. I have not faced any such situation at any other hotel/ hostel so far. Upon some request, i asked them to consider Rs 300, since it was only luggage which was kept under bed with no hinderance to their property. Which they denied and asked for 500. Upon asking for bill, the on-ground manager got angry and asked me to pay Rs 2000 to be charged as bed. He was mentioning that i asked the staff to book the bed which i never did, I only said that i would call if i would need a bed to stay further. So he started saying that its their assumption and they blocked one bed for me which i never asked for and it went in vain for them. Upon argument, he started to create backlog entry saying i have to pay Rs 2000 and wont let me go. Since i did not want to indulge in further argument and agreed to pay Rs 500 but they denied and were forcing me to pay Rs 2000 saying its their policy and have to abide. I asked how can you enforce policy if i never made any commitments. If it was a problem to keep luggage then they must have informed me at the beginning or even in middle so that i would have avoided this circumstances and picked up my luggage in due time. Asking for money at the end is a bad practice to force people and break customer relationship. I now even dont have trust if the money has been logged to hostel account or it went in to their pockets. These people are even charging money for mattress laid on mere floors not even on beds.- Don't know how legit practice is this.

I had an excellent 5-day stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly supportive and exhibited exceptional behavior throughout my visit. They were always ready to assist, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The hospitality and professionalism of the team truly stood out, making my stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommend this place for its top-notch service!

Super unhygienic hostel. Just not worth to book it. Ants in blanket. It not even cleaned before accommodating new guest. Bad bathroom. Dirty linen n blanket. Feels like nobody is managing the property. The yellow color in pictures is not yellow anymore but covered with stains n dust. No swim pool but only a fish tank

beds and Rooms are very good, hosts are very friendly. ambience is chillout. venue is near to all party places and beaches. only thing is disappointed me is food and drinks prices highly expensive. host should work on that. for stay highly recommended 👌

Hostel staff is the major disappointment that i faced while staying 2 days in this hostel. This hostel is managed by kids, which I don’t think is a good idea if you want to mantain this hostel for a long time
