I stayed with my family.it is a wonderful property beside sitapur beach.Rooms are big enough and styled with wooden look which gives a wow factor.Staff are very helpful and trained.complementry breakfast was really delicious specially samner chutney idli and wada.we had dinner in the hotel only and trust me it was super delicious. I have given it 4 star instead 5 star because one of our room's A.c wasn't working whole night and we were dead tired and sleepy.Other wise it's an awesome stay and would definitely recommend others👍🏻👍🏻.

The hotel was decent and location of the resort is very cozy right next to sitapur beach. If you're interested in seeing the sunrise of sitapur beach then this is the perfect resort because sitapur beach is at the end of Neil island and it's difficult to come that early from some other resort. Another plus is the Vibes and Dives cafe which is in the vicinity for some good food hippy vibes and perfect aura. Overall a very nice resort to stay if you're at Neils.

Excellent Stay... Perfect beach facing resort for sunrise view & secluded beach... The food tastes good at the moonlight restaurant, should have few more options.. staff is really cooperative... Nice service... The only issue we faced was that the refrigerator inside was working with room temperature which means u have to keep AC continuously in low temperature... Rest all is perfect.. recommend

Hotel staff behavior was nice and the hotel amenities were fine. I had breakfast over there and the food quality was good. WiFi service was not working in the property. The property was located in a very convenient place. Overall it was a value for money stay for me.

It is a very wonderful place to spend your vacation. The sound of the ocean waves, the chirping of birds, everything is absolutely natural. Also, food was amazing. Specially chicken Biryani(biryani lovers, you should try this I'm sure you would love it)

hotel was good, even restaurant of the hotel is awesome with lovely behaviour of staff. the only problem is that hotel don't have inhouse Wi-Fi. Only available at reception whose speed is not good. but nearby restro i.e. vibe and dive has fastest wifi.

It's a very good property in Neil island and would highly recommend. it's easily in Top 3 properties at Neil island. Food options are good and Sitapur beach is just 50m from the property. One drawback is no sea view from the rooms due to huge grasses.

Hotel was good. Fine Location. Also attached with Beach. We were running short of time and thus some problem was faced with Menu Card and Food. But however Hotel was awesome. If we could have stayed for 1-2nights it would have been fine experience.

Amazing resort at equally amazing location. It is next to sitapur beach. Resort itself is very well maintained and run professionally. Staff was very helpful and polite, food was fine as well given the remoteness.

The property location was great as we enjoyed the sunrise point from here. The staffs services & facilities were courteous and great too and the rooms were excellent. It was a value for money property for sure.

It has a good space for walks and a play area for kids, has a balcony and space to dry towels. But what's not matching the price we pay is the room and bathroom size. Overall a good stay near the beach to relax.
