Really a bad Experience. Well what happened was, we checked in at 6:30 on 23rd of July and we had a flight around 2 o'clock, so we said we'll be checkin around at 12:30, so they said no our checkout time is 10 o'clock, so literally we were taken out of the hotel, it was not good, see we only checked in only at 6:30 the previous day, so not even for 18 hours we were there. Even The hotel Personnel are very strict. They were like no ....our checkin time is 10 o'clock so we asked for 12...then they took some charges for the next day also.. It was really a bad experience. We had already paid money and we are asking only for 2 hours extension but they were not ready with that.. I don't wasnt to give any of teh rating to this hotel.. Its really a bad experience.

We stayed for one night on 21 Feb 16.. Good Points: 1. Good staff at reception and housekeeping.. 2. Food was excellent.. We had ordered Veg Hot and Sour Soup and Cheese Omelette for a light dinner.. Chef did justice to his skills.. Buffet breakfast was good, could have been excellent.. 3. Room was the best part.. Good cleaning, good linen, good toiletries, good lights, AC was working fine, Geyser was efficient.. The best part was the room freshener fragrance.. It was excellent.. 4. Great location in the town and very close to Jetty.. 5. Hassle free booking through GoIbibo.. Strongly recommended for a very comfortable hotel stay experience at justifiable rates..

The hotel is not great as projected. The room which was allocated to me "Room#006" was not having the flush in the toilet working, the geyser was not working. Room service showed up quickly when complained about the flush, worked on it, told us it got fixed, but later the problem showed up again. Flush in toilets and geysers not working is not a small glitch when it comes to high rated hotels like this. Coming to Food... if you order a Mix Veg Curry, you will be given with Mushroom curry with few other vegetables in it and even Veg Biryani's has very great portion of Mushroom's in it. I am not happy with my stay here.

I had booked TSG Emerald. They shifted me to their other property TSG Grand claiming renovation. I happen to pass TSG Emerald during my stay and I came to know that there was no renovation happening. I was just ditched to accommodate their regular agent's customers. All I expected from them was a truth, I would have accepted the shifting. As far as TSG Grand is concerned. The staff were courteous, food was good. Room was decent.

I stayed here for three days, really nice and spacious rooms. Staff is really helpful, good food. Overall good experience. 2nd day of our stay we had to leave for Havelock @ 6 am, they got the breakfast packed for us, it was really nice. One thing as it is situated right in the middle of the city so you won't get any good view from the hotel. But all sightseeing locations are nearby.

Hotel is neatly maintained.The hotel is pretty basic with basic amenities.Food is very good and taste of most of the dishes we ordered was excellent. The staff is very courteous and friendly.The staff at the reception are also courteous and helpful.Rooms are very clean and neat.Room Service is very quick.They have picked and dropped at right time to the airport.

Hotel has all three star amenities , restaurant , bar and banquet. Staff are very courteous to help the guest Tsg is very famous for his restaurant and his delicious food . Hotel is located neither to far from the airport nor from the phoenix bay jetty . Rooms are fantastic, neat and clean.

the locality of the hotel is very convenient as being middle of the city, but the room we were allotted was not up to the mark..apart from this it was a good stay ..there was good hotel service & hospitality..so it was a comfortable stay...

Excellent location and service, but there is no wifi and don't provide complimentary bottled mineral water as mentioned in the itinerary. The staff at the reception are also courteous and helpful. .Food is very good..

Every thing was OK and fine over there. Location is OK and inside the town. Hotel is OK OK type over all its a average hotel and located in the center of the hotel. Amenities and cleanliness are just OK.

The trip to Andamans has to be an excellent one. Goibibo necessitated the desired service level and made it happen for us. Although one or two incidences were unpleasant but the overall trip was fantabulous.

This hotel is very close to Jeety..for auto they charged 40rs...if you dont have luggage then you can go by walk.. service is too good,we stayed around 2 days...
