The room wasn't clean at the time of arrival. It had loads of spider webs in walls and behind the curtains. The food court manager at the hotel was rude and unprofessional, when we asked for schezwan fried rice he said it's not available, even when there was veg fried rice at available in menu pricing at Rs. 200/- but after a lot of arguments, he agreed to make it but charged extra exorbitant at Rs. 350/- which was almost like extortion. The game zone wasn't as good as thought as most of the games were not working. Also, at the theatre, the food stall (popcorn) wasn't operational. Also, they didn't even provide the late check out even after staying for 3 nights 4 days (not even half n hour). The pool side didn't have any lifeguards. There was no proper cleanliness in the washroom near the pool area. Also, many common toilets didn't have tissue rolls. The pool side didn't have pool toys for kids. No person to attend at the pool side for any requirements. Even the pool needs regular cleanliness every 3 hours, at least due to a lot of dust, leaves, etc, flying into the pool. The room bathroom was again and again getting flooded with water due to the chock up in the sink, which was very disturbing. Also, the locker inside the room wasn't that good to operate. The buffet breakfast during our stay had 70% - 90% repeated menu which was also annoying. Especially the desert and south Indian food section. Desserts, sweets, etc seems to be re-used and weren't looking that fresh. But 1 -2 items of the breakfast menu were not excellent but good in taste, like dosa it's coconut ****ney and tea. Overall, the staff needs to be more experienced and more professional, and the food court prices need to be revised for some of the food items as it's too exorbitant overpriced. It seems the priority of this property is to only look out for destination weddings and parties. Just liked it a bit but didn't love it as was expected from Radisson Group of Hotels. Hope you learn from your mistakes and provide the best of hospitality to the upcoming guests with complete customer satisfaction. Appreciation for Abhishek (Butler / Waiter) at the food court he was excellent and polite and seems to be very professional as well. (10/10). Thank you. Just liked it a bit but didn't love it as was expected from Radisson Group of Hotels.

Well maintained property, good amenities and the best thing is their hospitality All the staff are very helpful, there was long waiting in restaurant during dinner time still Mr. Arijit and his team was managing things very smoothly

The hotel ambience was very nice. Cleanliness was at its best. Nice rooms with amenities. Staff was very cooperative. Food quality was so nice. Value for money. Overall it was very nice stay to enjoy the vacation.

food is pathetic. we booked hotel for 3 days and all the time we had vomit after having breakfast. Me, my husband and toddler got stomach infection.

Total disappointment , not worth the class of Raddison and Uday name taken from Uday villas is absurd , not recommended for anyone
