Hello friends , Are you searching best hotel in Pelling ? If yes, don't waste your time on internet searching , just book De Regency . check positive side & negative side below positive : 1. Great helpful staffs 2. big room size , big & clean bathroom with all amenities . All time hot running water (geyser available ) 3. Phone call room services . Can order tasty foods . I like complimentary breakfast . 4. great location .. just beside Pelling Petrol Pump . 5. Bed side Khanchenzangha view . 6. Coffee & tea maker inside room with tea & coffee pouch . Negative : Actually nothing but some like .. 1. Very expensive food 2. There has no Bengali Thali .. 3. Television old model .. not LED 4. Credit/ Debit card payment not accepted .

Hotel is very nice.Nice valley view rooms.Good food especially breakfast.Staff is very good & always ready to help especially Mr.Laurence,Bittu & Sachin.I advised Mr.Laurence to have a Do Not Disturb board to hang on to d door as my mother was not feeling well & d neigbouring room small children were ringing d door bells & their parents did not bother of that & Mr.Laurence immedietly reported this to higher authority to do d needfull.Also advised to have a bigger genset backup as they have a smaller one & so cant charge ur phone,can't make tea in room or watch tv on smaller backup.Room heaters are avilable only from Nov to Feb. Mr.Laurence thank you for your warm hospitality & i hope next time when i visit i could see the changes.

Excellent service good food. Room was so nice and clean. A very pleasant stay enjoyed d trip. One Mr. Lawrence guided us and made our trip feel pleasant. Overall all the hotel members were so lovable and polite and well behaved. Very good food. I recommend who ever wish to go to pelting do go and stay in hotel deregency a very good view of the whole place was nice. My one and only request to the management is please provide two soaps for a couple. Some use separate soap only this was lacking the rest were really extermly good. Our special thanks to mr. Lawrence for u kindness and hospitality. High light of the hotel is Mr. Lawrence's way of speaking to the guest. We will again make a long stay at ur place

The rooms are very clean and hospitality is very nice. Kanchanjangha view is just awesome from the window of our rooms. It is difficult to stay at fourth floor but if one ignore that, the view is awesome from the room. Food is also good. Locationwise best location in my view. Very cooperative staff. They also arrange vehicle in a short notice and travel agent 'Let's Go' is also very good from where they arrange the car for us to travel. Drivers are very experienced and well educated.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights from 10/03/16 to 12/03/16. Room was big and clean with wonderful view of mount kanchanjangha. The best part of it, was hotel's staff members including manager. All were very dedicated and ready to help at any time on any matter. Food was excellent. I would recommend to all for stay in this hotel.

It was a great hotel. We booked it in a hurry that proved to be our best decision. Location is great, rooms are fine, view is great, staff was polite, and service was fast. About the food, it was just perfect. We asked them to prepare the food without onion and garlic and they prepared even that with great taste.

Had an amazing stay at De Regency, Pelling. The staff is very warm and caring. Special mention of Mr Laurence who went out of the way to arrange a traditional dinner for us. Wishing De Regency a long and prosperous tenure. You guys rock.!!

nice compact and neat hotel. staffs are very helpful. they give 3 dishes for breakfast along with tea,coffee,milk and cornflakes. they don't have full time restaurant. we need to order minimum 2 hours prior if you want anything specific.

take only deluxe room. view from room is such that no need to go to tiger hills for seeing morning view. the view is so beautiful that the hotel is more than worth for money. food is good. staff is coeperative.

location is jst awesome... we got a room in da 4th floor and dat was actually Kanchanjangha facing room... so its a tough job to describe u dat beauty in words... jst go for it...
