I have booking which was non refundable so i was assured that my room will be available for me , my wife and relative however due to our hectic travelling schedule our phone got switched off (battery issue) and when i called Owner through my wife phone , Owner have informed me that room has been given to other person as i have not informed anything to owner and they were trying to contact me and not able to contact so booked room to other guest. I was not able to understand how they can book one room again when non refundable payment has been already made , when my booking is non refundable then what is the need to give information even though if i will not come to guest house then owner must not give it to anyone on rent , room must remain empty.Instead of accepting her mistake she blamed me for rude voice tone over mobile ,l was with 2 women from my family and my elder brother.She blamed me for not having safe vibes from me.She tried every thing to hide her mistake. She was playing blame game.She talked inappropriately with my wife too over phone.We were moving from Mahakumbh prayagraj to sultanpur and due to VIP movement we reached guest house around 02:00 am and Guest house owner refused to allow us entry and has not even opened the gates and did all efforts so that we didn't reach the location .She didn't send location of Guest house as asked by us .After reaching through google location at guest house i asked them to provide exact location they refused to help and after 1 hour of search we were able to locate exact location and then they refused to open the gate and left us on road with black and horrible night , no empathy leave money aside.She mentally tortured all 4 of us.This has ruined my trip completely ,I have planning to visit Ayodhya after this stay but has to cancel it and return back to my home.Horrible experience .
