1- The time of check in was delayed by the hotel by 2 hours as "the rooms were not ready". 2- One of the rooms alloted to us had only 2 beds instead of 3 (viz. it was of inferior category than what we had paid for, at your website) 3- The meals did not start at the announced time. (Both Evening Tea and Dinner started half an hour later than the announced time). Besides, the variety and quality of the food were both inferior. 4- The biggest problem we faced was the unavailability of hot water in 2 out of the 3 rooms we booked. The geysers were not functioning, so we had to call a service person, who took around 1-1.5 hours trying to fix the geyser. He was ony succesful as partially fixing the geyser of only one of the rooms. This caused us trouble in the cold morning. 5- We expected way better service and amenities but all we got were disappointed.

the stay was nice and peaceful. this resort is located at a nice place. maintenance of the property is good. food is decent. one thing that i don't really like is the dance program, which basically becomes and drink and gyration exercise by the guests, loosing their senses. instead, it should be more about rajasthani music and folk songs and dance, rather than making the dancer perform on bollywood item numbers.

A serene place to spend vacation. Very good service with well mannered staffs. And not to forget, the food quality, quantity and taste is also so so good. Will definitely recommend it. Sariska Gate 2 (Tehla) is nearby. Won't comment about Tiger reserve experience as that is totally upto ones luck but the stay was really good

Resort was up-to the par & my stay was okay. Room & the accessorizes was okay but service was slow specially food service we had to wait for around 40-45 mins since they had their own restaurant. But the food quality was excellent, there was no room service. Resort is situated near to Sariska Wildlife sanctuary.

A great place for a peaceful weekend stay.. Great hospitality by the staff.. Limited food options but each one of them was delicious 👌👌 Spacious rooms with clean washrooms!! The resort made my birthday celebration special by arranging a Cake and beautiful decoration 👏 Must visit place👍👍

I stayed with my family such a great resort all facilities were available .Room was very huge and comfortable. Location was nice very easy toh reach good value for the money.Staff was very helpful and attentive highly recommend to others at lease visit once.

Experience was good in this resort from the outside room was nice but from the inside room & infrastructure was not up to the mark.Staff was polite. Only drinking water was provided in the room, no food option and no free WiFi. Satisfied with the location.
