Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good and tasty. Specially Puri Bhaji. Location is also good. Wifi is working fine, if any is working while traveling. You need to climb little to reach Dalai Lama Temple, main Market and Main Square. Staff will help for booking cab/taxi for full day /half day sightseeing or for Dharamshala pick-up/Drop. Safety is good and respectful behavior of staff.

Sonu was considerate and very kind. He made our stay very comfortable. Rooms were very nice with a spacious balcony. The view was breathtaking. Housekeeping was very helpful and sweet. Food was tasty. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and well within our budget.

stay was awesome. hospitality was good enough. rooms were neat and clean, specially washroom. the only thing is there is sharp slope on the way to reach the hotel. it could be difficult for aged persons to reach market from hotel on foot.

Clean and descent hotel with beautiful bathroom. Staffs are very nice. Room service food is nice. In-room breakfast was awesome. The heavenly view of the mountain from my cozy balcony was the key.

Good experience at this hotel. The hotel staff is very polite. However, the hotel didnot provided the room amenities which is a bad thing to do. For e.g Soap, Drinking Water, Kettle etc.
