Room was clean. Geyser was there, so hot water available all the time. It was cold inside at night, floor really cold. Take a footwear with you if you are not really a cold person. And we got a room that had no view, literally facing just the rock. That was the only negative thing. If there was AC inside the room, maybe temperature could have been adjusted accordingly.

Rooms are good, good furniture, and a geyser available. Railway station and bus stand are just 2 km away. Ambience is good. However, the food is not great and room service could be improved as there is a lot of delay if asked for something. I would recommend this place to stay in Ooty.

one of the rooms was supposed to accomodate 2 adults and one child was small it could accommodate only one adult they did not even change the room owing to full occupancy. Room service is not good. However hotel provided arrangement for making own food. overall poor experience.

Stay was average.. some of the amenities like wifi, room heater which was mentioned were not available in the hotel. One pillow was short and we had to ask from noon to night to receive the same.other than that the bed and bathroom were ok

Stay was pathetic as bed was too small and mattress was too bad. In the booking it is mentioned for free wifi but they didn't provide the wifi in the room. Asked for bedsheet but they didn't provide bedsheet for change.

Vasantha palace hotel location is good. room is small for four people. staff is good and well behaved.mountain view from hotel 🏨 bis very beautiful
