I took a standard non-ac double bed room on the first floor, room 205. The room was spacious, clean and had basic facilities like tv, geyser. The property is not new but the maintenance was satisfactory. I was staying alone, the hotel felt safe for a female solo traveller. There are good restaurants nearby and vasco station is just 250 m from it. The view from the balcony was good as well. I heard some bad reviews like begbugs, smelly room etc. But thankfully I had no such experience. The employees were courteous as well. Overall a good place to stay with family or solo. Obviously its not a luxury hotel but a good budget hotel at the happening area of Vasco da gama.

Good hotel at reasonable pricing for business travellers in Goa having works at Vasco Da Gama doesn't have room service or atleast tea. Atleast shall have tea stall facility at ground floor so that travellers can have atleast morning tea at hotel itself.

Rooms very good. Prime location and walkable distance from railway station. If you are planning to visit South Goa it is one of the best choice. We tried to extend.. but they could not due to unavailability. Rooms spacious, i visited as family.
