Not a great stay. only thing I found good was cleanliness of the rooms. People are not professional, They allotted a wrong room then immediately hotel boy was like kept on ringing the bell for 5 minutes until I was irate. cramped parking not for bigger SUV, Restaurant is different owner, you need to remain at their mercy for food. breakfast is absolutely basic only 4 items. Not worth WRT cost. security is pathetic (may be over worked) kept on sleeping, in spite of a cramped parking no proactive help to park, you need to literally ask him to guide, that too he does it half heartedly, I got a scratch on my car.

The hotel is nearby to the Kadamba Bus stand. The rooms rae compact in size but suitable for solo travelers. Washroom is very small. Sometimes you'll smell a typical odour in the room & washroom. TV is available in the room but you can watch only free channels on it. AC cooling is superb. If you're selecting the room with breakfast, you'll get a same breakfast daily. The hotel has in-house restaurant with different management. Restaurant food is good. I'll rate 3.5 for hotel. Dedicated seating arrangement for work. Wifi connectivity with a good speed.

Great location. seamless checkin service and clean rooms and bathrooms. There is a restaurant attached so getting good food is not a problem at all. walkable to areas like the Fontainhas or the churches. We could not stay too long as our plans had changed. Would stay here again.

stay was awesome. only thing we felt was the kettle was not clean also bucket was not available in room. had to contact staff for it. minute mistakes were there. apart from that all were good.

Good hotel to stay. It is little away from Panji Bus Stand. If you have your own vehicle then this place is perfect to stay.
