All fine, good value of money. One must try and best thing is the person who i met at recception, owner of hotel. Humble, professional and good guy. Service is not so fast. Overall 1 star hotel experience. Tv remote cells missing. Few channels. Soap was missing. Fan regulator was missing. Bucket was dirty. Hotel does not offer food, lift stopped while manager was showing rooms. I booked deluxe rooms however was given standard ones. Still was great deal by goibibo n hence. 4 star.. Kudos to goibibo n hotel. People can spend one night there n not more.

We have booked a hotel .. for my family ...But the service and amenities were very pathetic.There was no service till 10 a.m in the morning.We were not able to get a single cup of tea.In return their behavior was very rude, as if we asked for some money from them.No room service. It's a very big hotel & it have a lot of potential so I expected more from it so it wasn't upto my the expectation. Their services was not good, TV was not working & even rooms were not very clean as well, but location wise it's fine as it's located in a walk-able distance from main Jaipur bus stand.

Service was very bad.Kitchen staff was on leave so they could not serve dinner on 15th Feb rest of the days they managed through a makeshift arrangement and which was below the mark. Beds and linens were very shabby and not clean.Toilet taps were leaking.Front office staff were good.

Hotel service is very poor though location is very convenient. You have to ask repeatedly for getting anything. Staff is friendly but manager is bit arrogant. Charged Rs 500 extra from us and didn't give bill.

The services and the facilities were all right. The staff were polite and well behaved. But the breakfast was not up to the mark because all the food was cold. The property in 30 secs from the main road.
