This was, without a doubt, the most horrendous experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Parking Chaos: The so-called parking was a joke—limited, cramped, and caused endless frustration every single day.Breakfast Scam: We paid extra for breakfast, yet the host demanded daily notifications if we wanted it. What kind of nonsense is this? And the breakfast they provided was beyond disgusting—barely edible and a complete rip-off.nullxistent Room Service: Room service? Forget it! Not even a single visit in four days. It’s like they forgot guests existed.Host's Hostility: The host was downright rude and uncooperative. Refusing fresh towels on checkout day is just petty and unprofessional. Every single complaint we raised was met with indifference or outright denial.This place should be shut down for poor service. It ruined our Goa trip, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save your money, sanity, and vacation—stay far away from this disaster of a property.

the room was not hygiene not cleaned food garbage not yet taken even after 48hours and no mirror in the bathroom no one is responding in the reception. and the main thing was there was no mobile network and wifi also not working.

very bad experience, i've been there a lot of time but recently this staff change has increased lot of problems they will give you the room which has most of the problems. and they will ask for more money to give you better rooms

AC was preset to minimum temperature and the place is full of mosquito. carry odomos. place is good to have a quite stay.. car bike parking is available.. stay with family was good. staff is good.. and cooperative
