The location of the property was good as it's a Beachfront property. The service was very poor of this property as most of the time no one was there in the reception to address any kind of issues during our stay. My booking was including with a breakfast but didn't provide us saying that there restaurant will be opening after 9 am where most of the property arrenged breakfast for the guest within 8 am. Service of the restaurant attached to this property was also poor as they were not picking up the phone whenever we tried to order something. As per the budget it didn't met our expectations. so I will suggest you will get better deal with another property nearby areas with good service facility. Thanks

Food was bad. Not hygienic. A few guys at the restaurant are arrogant. Wooden rooms are not so great. Cannot fully close the main door, it's opened at the bottom and any rats, cockroaches can enter into the room easily. The same goes in the toilet as well. In the bathroom, water gets logged, the water force in the shower is too slow and it's very hard to take a bath. No place to keep clothes or towels in the bathroom. At the reception point of contact says snakes can also enter some times as its surrounded by greenery and it can enter to room as the bottom of the room is open.

Very bad experience with this property. First of all no one was there at the reception for near about 45min I tried calling contact person he kept suggesting me to wait for sometime your check in time is 2Pm (the reception board it self says 1PM ). I selected sea view luxury cottage and there no sea view you can see in pictures where blue thing is lying on the ground. Shower cubical was so yuukkkk. You see it was all bad. Water clogged while taking bath. No TV seriously.....???? No telephone..... What are you even charging for. Some cheap kind of toiletries.

premium rooms are decent. basic things like shampoo, body wash, towels, water, kettle with milk powder, coffee tea sachets were provided. the resort is filled with greenery and trees and we can walk to the ocean any time. food at the restaurant is not bad at all. breakfast was very good. for a relaxed and comfortable stay, this is very much recommended. you can choose wooden cottages if you want to experience a wooden hut stay.
