The stay was pathetic Room do not have AC Flies all around hotel inside and outside Restaurant service was more pathetic Flies all around on tables,plates ,food quality is very poor no timely service ,breakfast served after 9.00 am and that too in parts Except reception person staff was not helpfull and nobody there to listen guest at restaurants Overall very bad experience and never recommend this property

Few rooms are small, after 1day, shifted to nice room having balcony. No lift. Food avg. Breakfast was not appropriately managed. we have waited evry day for Puri, spoons, cutlery etc. The person Rahul was a good guy who was trying to manage things. It is not resort like hotel. It has rooms, nothing else. Not worth Average

Extremely poor!!! My booking was for a luxury room but the room was untidy with broken furniture, when asked for change I was given a normal premium room. The issue is persistent with all rooms. The day of checkout was another fallout as all the food bills in the restaurant menu were not matching the bill amount.

Best resort to stay in mussoorie. They have got the best scenic view from every balcony . They serve delicious food with great service . Will visit again soon. They have big rooms with good staff

It was amazing experience in Aurum Resorts, the room was good with a balcony for the valley view! Service and food was good too! Will definitely visit again! Safe and full privacy maintained!

The property was neat and clean and room size was big , the balcony valley view was awesome. This is new property. Food was satisfactory. Staff Behaviour was also good. over all comfortable

worst stay..... luxury room and premium room are same.... And i paid 3000/night extra for the same size and same things. And food very very expensive, think of 150 rupees for 2 boiled eggs

The location of this hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Staff behavior,rooms,views,and food are all very good. They need to work on a few basic services only.
