When we checked in, the room was not cleaned. There was dirt everywhere. the cupboards, side tables, tables. The chair provided in the balcony was broken and the cushions very dirty. The bath towels were given only on the 4th day of our stay. The property is not well maintained. Even when a room clean up was requested, the person would only clean the room and ignore the balcony, which is right in the front through which the guests have to enter. The small coke spill that my son accidentally did and all the sand from the beach(its bang on the beach, so it's natural for a lot of sand to be when we enter the balcony) was still not swept even once a day. The big plus of the property is its on the beach literally.

it was a great experience, selecting sea view premium cottage was worth. staff is very helpful, caring. they decorated our room as per our need. it was a batchelor party of my friend. they really took care that it remain surprise for her. security at night is great. one guard is always there. at night, it was awesome sitting near sea with waves and breeze. even after check out they were very awesome. they took care of our luggage so that we can go to chapora fort. . the mam is very friendly and talk very lovely. I will surely visit again at this hotel in future 😊

BIGGEST NO FOR THIS PROPERTY VISTA PRAIASuper Pathetic Property with Zero Amenities.List of things which they don't have1) Water Supply 2) Electricity3) Water Bottles to drink4) Tea/coffee Cattles (available on request)5) No free breakfast6) Soap/Shampoo7) Rude/Arrogant Staff8) No hygiene in room 9) No Tv or Cctv cameras for safety10) Fridge not working properly11) No fone line intercom service12) Reception is not operational from 11 pm to 8 amOwners don't know anything related to hospitality. It's not safe at all to stay with the family.

it was raining a lot there when we reached. they didn't have much staff to assist. the cottage we were allotted didn't have a working ac. so we had to switch to a different room. staff told not to even sit in the previous room by the time shifting is done. it was rude. cottages are small sized but manageable. extremely near to the beach.

No maintenance at all.. view was wonderful but music was playing the whole night so couldnt sleep… no proper lights in room to get ready, bolts are very weak we took beach front but everyone were sitting in front of our room so dint feel private… apart from all these view is great… Overall average

The best place to stay in Anjuna. Beautiful beachfront cottages and amazing food and service in their in-house restaurant. Also its in between curlies, uv bar and cafe lilliput which means its a walking distance to all the party places around.

I did not face any kind of issues with the facilities or with the services. The room and the washroom was clean. The amenities were working fine. The location of the property is on the main road and the beach is also near to the property.

Location was excellent but we faced little problem with washroom as the flow of water was inadequate and we have complained about the same. No person available at the reception and I am not satisfied with service. Overall stay was good.

The property location was quite convenient. The staffs were helpful & co-operative and the rooms were too good. The property's ambiance was very good and overall I enjoyed the staying experience.

It was convenient to access the location. Ambiance of the property was good. Food facility was not available. I found no swimming pool, spa and gym in the hotel. Free WiFi was there to use.
