Didn't live up to the expectation of the brand VITS. This was some 2 star hotel recently acquired by VITS. There's a lot of improvement required for rooms, furnishings, cleanliness, hospitality, etc.. As of now this was just any 2 star hotel. Very average experience, no toiletries were available, drinking water bottles were replaced with open bottles filled with RO water. Room phones were non-operational. The only good thing is the location, just opposite the railway station. VITS management needs to seriously work on making this a better place

Very pathetic service.. Staff is rigid and not at all cooperative.. Intercom was not working, TV was not working.. Room service was not at all good.. Water bottle was ordered which was received after 2 hours.. Not recommended hotel for stay..

every thing else was good but when i tried to switch off lights after a tiring drive it didn't, the switch was faulty & they don't have any other room
