I had a good experience overall during my stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, being close to the Ganga Ghat. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. However, the only area for improvement would be the washrooms, which could use some upgrades. nulltheless, I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it for its positive aspects and proximity to the Ganga Ghat.

Very well maintained property at a distance of 5km from Har ki Pauri. But there were only 2 options available for breakfast buffet, rest everything was chargeable. Parking space was limited. I had to park my vehicle away from the hotel on the road at night.

Very neat and clean hotel. It had all the amenities. Hotel staff was very polite.They also provide contact of E Rickshaw driver cum guide who charged less for the trip within Haridwar. All in all very good experience.

my stay at hotel vivaan regency was great! room had good lighting and was clean! bathroom was also very hygienic and clean!! if you want to work there is a nice desk too and food here is legit best and yummy😋

very rude staff. lunch was not offered in the restaurant. it's a Bag Packers hotel. Not recommend for the family travelers.
