if u want to book homestay than without any second thought book the safe house. location - it is around 10km outside from the sultan battery's main market. u will feel like that you r living in jungle , no problem with safety, so many other homestay are near to that homestay. service - service was 5 star. the owner was very good. he arranged everything in our rooms like TV, soap , towel, hot water, drinking water.if u want to eat dinner there itself than u have to inform owner before 6pm.we told for dinner around 9pm and still he arranged food for us. food - food is not included in your booking. if u want dinner or lunch than inform the owner.for dinner they charged 200 per plate. food was very good and included chappti,rice,curd,papad, salad,two veg curry , one nonveg curry and u can eat unlimited. for breakfast they charged 100 per plate. and coffee and tea is complementary. other facilities - they also provide camp fire , for that they charged 500. overall experience - the location and service was mind blowing. no one will disappoint from this homestay. if u r going to wayanaad than without any hazzitation book this home stay.

Awesome place to stay This home stay is very close to the fence guarded forest area. It's lush green everywhere around the home stay, which was a surprise never expected in the month of April. The rooms are clean and spacious with all the modern amenities. We had the breakfast and dinner over here, which was again a true treat to have, with a homely taste. #goHotelTip The owner of this place Mr. Anand is a humble guy and guest oriented. Altogether it's a place to stay for those who are looking to stay close to the nature and get rid of the typical hotel or resort kind of stay. Deluxe room on the first floor is the best room to stay.

Trust me, if you are selecting this hotel,you are doing the right thing. Go for it. This is the best place that I have ever been to. This hotel is built literally in the forest and you will get that feel anyways. Best ambience and best food. Also, you can customise your food menu. On a scale of 10, I would definitely give 10 for this hotel. Will visit it again sometime later.👍👌

The location of the homestay is perfect for those who are searching to spend some time in absolute mist of green! Owner Mr. Anand is a very nice & gentle person. The best part of the homestay is its food. The food is very tasty and home cooked with variety. We stayed for 2days and evryday food tasted delicious. This homestay is a value for money!!

if you want to experience real wild, stay here. Do not complain that it's away from town, if you are a real wild liver, this is for you. The owner of the stay was very helpful. A moderately priced stay and you will not repent. Note for vegetarians: Plan to have your food in Sulthan Bathery. What you get here is not worth the price you pay.

If you are going to Wayanad then this safe house is the only place i got best over there in compare of rate and facilities the owner provided... the trip was good there but we enjoyed at the safe house more than outside.... the other view points are nearby to this place .

Very good place to stay if you are in and around wayanad. Located just 10km from city centre sultan batthery. Good ambience and location, owner and staff of the stay home very helpfull and down to earth. No second thought just go ahead and stay there. Enjoy it stay...

House is very nice, surrounded by trees. Owner Anand is a helping nature person, maintaining the house properly. Food provided is too good. just like home made. We had a great time there. He took us to some locations nearby, it was awesome.

Very good environment. Neatly maintained rooms and toilets. Very beautiful place to stay to sit out, Camp fire, Photography, etc. Tasty food, also on request they prepared extra food for us to eat with Drinks.

It was a very good home stay surrounded by a natural beauties. Fire camping facility is also available. The only disadvantage is it is 20-30 km far from sultan bathery..
