A Nightmare Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Here are the issues I encountered: Power Outage: After 10 PM, the lights in our room went out completely. It seemed suspicious because the lights in the lobby area were available and we were the only guests on that floor. When we called the reception, they were confused and asked each other why our room didn't have power. They eventually fixed it, but the power issues persisted from 10 PM to 2 AM and again from 9 AM to 11 AM the next morning. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Overpriced Basic Amenities: The hotel charges Rs.30 for normal water and Rs.50 for cold drinks, which is exorbitant. They don't even offer a complimentary welcome water bottle and despite multiple requests, they didn't provide regular water. This is basic hospitality that the hotel failed to meet. Lack of Billing: When we finally purchased water and cold drinks, they didn't provide any bill. This lack of transparency and failure to provide receipts is unacceptable and unprofessional. In conclusion, the stay was marred by serious issues including poor power management, overpriced amenities, and inadequate customer service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

staff is extremely lethargic..The manager Is particular about check out but not other things .most important thing is they don't Give bill for refreshments ordered..Which itself means they are cheating on..Tax evaders...Intercom doesn't work ..wifi speed is pathetic..They don't provide water ..Tea quality is bad..

Worst stay...Lights don't work ,Intercom doesn't work,Staff is ultra luxury they will provide service as per their Body clock.. whenever they wake up They will serve tea at 9 am 10 am whenever they like... Pathetic Service ..they don't give you the bill for whatever food you order ..Tax evaders..

Nice place for short or long term stay. Location wise it's far from Cyber Hub. (35-40 mins on Bike) Hotel does not have a restaurant or kitchen. No RO or water purification facility either. Nearest grocery store is 400m away. I will recommend this hotel. It's good value for money.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at Wedlock Hotels. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon.

Of all the year I've been staying in hotels, this is the first one that did not provide even a single water bottle within the room. No regular water was available, and each water bottle was chargeable. The furniture in the room was on the verge of breaking down too.
