Easy to reach from Metro station, Subhash Chowk and Rajiv Chowk. Didn't get any toiletries and Towel. The only Almirah in the room was locked so could not place my luggage there. TV was there but no remote provided, therefore couldn't turn on and use the TV. Same with AC, remote wasn't there and hence couldn't use it. However the weather was good and did not need AC. No Table/chair in the room. I did not bother to call/check with hotel staff for all these as I was a solo traveller and hence did not need any of these much. The room and the washroom were neat and clean which is what I needed. Overall an ok stay.

1) AC does not work properly. 2) And neither does their landline phone work. 3) There is no lock system even in their common balcony. 4) And they do not give towel and soap even after asking 10 times. 5) Neither room service is available nor cleanliness is maintained properly, when we talk to them about this they say that there is shortage of staff. 5) And they also flatly refuse the complimentary breakfast that was to be served. Staying in a hotel has been the worst experience of my life. So please think carefully before booking your hotel. Nothing

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. Specially Bishwanath from Reception Boy , He is very Helping . This Building is just like a Structure but that kind of Staff is the Soul of this Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. . The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. ... The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. ...

I think you should stay on road side but never stay in this hotel i stay in room 405Poor management toilet seat broken , bead sheet is used and very dirty lift is also stuck I booked this hotel for one day but in 1 hour i check out .kitchen facility is not available totally waste of money .dont think about roomPrice or something else cant stay for free biggest mistake of my life .you can stay on road side for good experience than this hotel

The room was untidy.No linen provided the common balcony gate lock was broken unhygienic balcony walls were damaged no ac and tv working even they didn't provide bucket and mug in the washroom.The bedsheet was tore.Very unhygienic room and no linen was provided common balcony gate was broken which is very unsafe and disturb the privacy

just a room they provided no toiletries, no towels , lift was not working most of the time ( to reduce electricity bill ) and it was difficult to reach 4th floor and in name of complimentary breakfast just macroni and in the morning time lot of disturbance due to some maintenance work

Washroom gate was broken water supply is not proper in washroom toilet paper, towel, soap, not available in the room lift is not clean, ÁC remote not working and ÁC working very slow.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. it was really dirty. there were insects in the washroom. bedsheets were in terrible condition.
