Hospitality is awesome, we came first time here in Gulmarg.. and believe me they are too good there clients. Given room which have very good view outside. And we were really lucky since we have seen snowfall in may 😊.. it was only for 25 min but we were fortunate enough since when we reach to the top through horse.. snowfall started.. 😊.. woww what an amazing feeling with that.. horse riding was adventurous.. and i would suggest go with horse ride too as they will take you for all the mesmerizing views of a heaven “Gulmarg”.. either when we reached here weather was not too good so we were not able to use gondola ride.. but horse ride.. believe me it was worth spending.. every penny was worth.. now coming back to hotel hospitality.. #Shahnaz.. the guy who is owning the hotel.. he has given us a very good room which was very neat and clean.. all the people here in hotel are very supportive.. they had given us a welcome drink (coffee) and very much welcoming.. was really surprised with there good behaviour and hospitality.. Thanks for all the awesome hospitality.. will definately recommed to everyone. I was there on the 29th Nov 2017… this property is located at heart of Gulmarg and you can actually walk to Gondola and local market. Hotel had all the basic amenities like heater and room we stayed in had a breath taking views of snow clad mountains. Best part of our stay was Shahnawaz. He was personally thete to attend us. He made out time and designed the whole itenary for Kashmir for us and made sure we see all the beautiful places in limited time we had. At the end of our stay he also got some special Kashmiri Apples from his farm. Thank you Shahnawaz will see you soon.

Good hotel with polite and caring staff.Good rooms with electric working bed. Also the hotel people were caring enough to ask for dinner and other requirements and also provided a rest room till the time our room was not ready. The location is also good and price is also reasonable.Can book this hotel when going to Gulmarg.

At present staying in Hotel, while reviewing this whole viewe of Gulmarg is visible from window,. Excellent view. Good amenities, interior also pleasing. Running hot water always, promised to provide hot blower at night, all this at comfortable price right at the middle of market, what more we want. Thanx to the management.

Amazing stay at the hotel. Staffs were very helpful and also gave a room with the best view. They also personally came to check the heating system. Bathroom and power back up was also good. Complimentary breakfast provided was great. Mr. Ejaz made sure that we had a very pleasant stay. Thanks a lot for the good memories.

Nice view from window provided all required things like room heater electrical blnqt, blower, 24hrs hot running water. Complementary tea and hot milk given both days even I booked room only. 2 mints walk from market and 15 mints walk from gandola.

The hotel was located in the center of Gulmarg Valley. The room was nice, clean and warm and the staff was friendly to us like we were in our own home. Breakfast was also good.
