I have entered GOA with lots of questions, but the welcome from the front office staff really makes me comfortable and secured.. Special thanks to Jennifa, Savloya, Innam and the manager ( i did not recollect the name). Property owner was so cool and offered me a bottle of Fenny on my return.. I had a 2 day stay at Panjim Inn during September 27th-29th. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which very spacious ( 2 large beds + dining table for 2). All the territories supplied were of great quality and their breakfast is good ( No much options, but fills your hunger in better way).. Special thanks for Go-Ibibo for their irresistible offer..

We stayed in WelcomHeritage Panjim Inn for 4 nights. I have deducted 1 star from its rating only for 1 reason, checkout time is 10:00 am (Although the staff is very cooperative, we checked out at 11:00 am). Location of the hotel is perfect, located at the heart of Panjim, a bike rental just in front of the hotel, walking distance from river cruises & casinos, etc. Food was good, they made good efforts to change the menu of daily breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean & tidy. However, if anyone is planning to stay all day in the hotel, then the noise from adjacent main road might be a problem. Overall, we had a beautiful & memorable stay at Panjim Inn.

We loved the old-style house and the British-era furniture. The rooms were huge, and the breakfast was delicious, though a couple more options would be nice. The location is ideal, close to local spots and famous landmarks, situated at the edge of Fontainhas and near the riverside, making it easy to explore the area. It's important to expect a true heritage stay—this isn't a place with false ceilings or wallpaper, but rather one with old-world charm. Things might not be perfect, but the experience is what truly matters. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Smooth booking. Great city hotel in Panjim Latin Quarters. Nice welcome drink, Kokum juice. Room was as published, elegant and quaint overlooking mangroves and besides main road, but really quiet at night and early morning. The breakfast buffet was decent and tasty. Restaurant within the hotel is a bit expensive, but taste wise is awesome. Worth it. Overall, it was a great stay. Stayed 1 night, but can stay longer. Private, cozy, quaint room with poster bed.

The hotel was very good indeed, and I highly recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful, the food was good, and the location was good. The bedroom had an old Portuguese charm, and staying at the heritage hotel was itself a pleasure, due to the old style charm of the buildings. The complimentary breakfast was always freshly prepared, with a wide selection of foods. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the Mandovi river, and the area that has all the shops.

I was on a working trip so internet connectivity is essential and it was really slow and broke down on several occasions. Breakfast although included, is of less than average quality and offering. I had only one dish in the restaurant which was over-spiced and tasteless.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Walking up 4 flights of stairs many times a day is tedious since the hotel does not have a lift.

A VERY GOOD PLACE FOR FAMILY STAY. LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO MANDOVI RIVER AND MARKET PLACE. IT IS CENTRALLY LOCATED IN PANAJI TO EXPLORE NORTH & SOUTH GOA. DELUXE ROOMS ARE THOUGH NOT VERY SPACIOUS BUT ARE WELL MAINTAINED AND WITH ALL AMENITIES, ROOM SERVICE IS PROMPT. ATTENDANTS ARE VERY COURTEOUS. THE COMPLEMENTARY BUFFET BREAKFAST SERVED IS TOO GOOD WITH LOT OF VARIETIES.

Excellent ambiance and beautiful location overlooking the Mandovi river.the rooms overall are made keeping the old Portuguese culture and ambiance in mind and beautiful maintained.the hotel team is friendly and helpful. I got a quarter special feni bottle as a farewell gift...definety going again.

well designed heritage property, good breakfast, staff behaviour is very courteous. Service manager Mr. Lucas is very helpful. staff akash is very humble and gentle. Only will not recommend there guest House for individual business traveler. Rest all good.
