We stayed on the New Years' Eve during our trip to Kerala. The good and bad is mentioned below: Good 1. Staff is courteous and takes good care of the guests 2. Location is calm and serene and view of the river is good as well. Bad 1. The hotel is too interior in Kombanad and the access roads are very bad. Being secluded, you would feel a bit worried if your car breaks down 2. The food served on New Years eve was pathetic. We were vegetarians and there were very limited options. Even the food available in veg such as hakka noodles, etc was either cold or bland and tasteless. The gala night was average and we felt the 30*********** rupees spent on the gala dinner was a total waste.

Beautiful place to spend a day away from busy life with nature and Greenery. Swimming pool open all day and rooms are neat and have all amenities. Balcony with a with a view of lush greenery and the periyar river with ur evening tea is a perfect relaxation. Food was delicious. Had table tennis , badminton, barbecue, carroms. Also they have Day tour where people can spend their day and return home by evening.

Food and extra bed costs could be cheaper... But all the other facilities were excellent and value for money... Kids will love the place... Indoor n outdoor games and a small collection of books n toys were very thoughtful... Pool n restaurant very well kept

Amazing resort for relaxed vacation. Tranquil location. Amazing pool and helpful staffs. Enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Kids had wonderful time out. Amazing climate during our stay made our vacation.

A good hotel, with a beautiful location. The food especially tasty. Do visit the kodanad elephant sanctuary and Paniely Poru after confirming the timings.
