only positive thing about the hotel is its location, it's on mall road and only two steps from library chowk and the view from the hotel is amazing. but when you come back to hotel after a full day of activity and sightseeing, you expect a peaceful and clean room to relax with a clean washroom, which this hotel fails to provide. we encountered cockroaches in the washroom of the room which we were given initially. then upon request of changing room they showed us multiple rooms, all of them having unclean interior and dirty toilets. in one toilet the flash was broken. finally we were given a Mountain view room which was 1% better than the rooms we seen. the bedsheet was unclean and the washroom was also not so good, however we managed as we were tired. also, the food was too costly and missing the taste.

Location is the hero, rooms are good and spacious, old built property but maintained well, geisure is working for 24 hours, but the service is bit slow, amenities are not adequate, we got one electric kettle for two rooms, towels were there but no washroom amenities like slipper, soap or body wash sachet. staffs are well behaved. The name of the hotel is justified. The property has some wonderful windows with amazing views. we had a satisfactory stay for two nights dated 24th and 25th february 2022.

it's was an amazing stay .Rooms were very spacious and clean .Washroom was also clean .Geyser was there . Staffs were very cooperative.but there is one problem,they should add a window in the non view room , atleast just a window despite of view or non view and everything else was good .There was a in dine restaurant with live singing.Therefore is was a very good stay hope to visit again.

Hi Travellers, I storgly recommend this Hotel for Main location of Mussorie at Library chowk, Mall road. Apart location, Food quality and service of Hotel restaurant is far better than other restaurants in Mussorie.value of money.

Initially they gave us a smelly room which is dirty also but when we resist they change the room That room is also ok but not upto the mark No wifi is there while when i booked it says there is a wifi also Average stay

Location was beautiful & awesome but the hotel was not so great. Room was not so standard, washroom was not clean, they have their own restaurant from where they served food which was nice. Staff behavior was good.

On Mall Road. Close to Library Road and Taxi/Bus stand. View from Hotel superb. All Restaurants are close to Hotel. Hotel building and Restaurant are also good.
