first of all the word Resort should be removed. it's a tiny property. it's green and clean and new that's one good thing about it. Room space is only for 2 adults and an infant, not even for a 5-6 years old kid. We were 3 adults and reservation accommodates 3 adult in a room but beware before booking as the rooms are very very tiny.Coming to service and hospitality , not even a zero. Reached at 1:30 pm and not even one room was empty for check in. The chekin time was 2 pm and check out time is 12, not sure how are they abiding to the check out time of none of the 10 rooms were vacant till 1:30 pm.Cigarette smoke smell inside the room, upon asking they said it's room fragrance ...i smoke so i know what's the smell of cigarettes, but chose not to argue.Housekeeping entered the room after one knock, didn't even wait for our response or have us the time to open. where is the privacy here? upon asking the staff didn't even bothered to respond and left the room as of nothing happened.Requested the reception guy previous night arrange for 2 scooty next morning, nothing was done, multiple reminders and request were made, the only response was - yes sir, doing sir, calling sir, again i chose not to argue or respond.extra Matress provided was made of wood in guess, i requested for a change, the guy was smiling , no response, i said it's a human being who will sleep in that, again he was smiling shamelessly. Breakfast was included in tariff, for which you pay extra, but they will provide one piece of paratha to reach member. nothing more, no other option other then paratha and omlette. Think before you choose to reserve.

i recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be fairly average. the room was clean and functional, though it didn't have any standout features. the staff's behavior was okay—neither exceptionally friendly nor unhelpful. the amenities provided were standard, and the overall experience was neither particularly good nor bad. if you're looking for a place to stay without any frills, this hotel fits the bill. however, don’t expect anything extraordinary.

The rooms are good with decent space to walk in the room. the location of the hotel is good as it is pretty close to Morjhim Beach. the property is small and pretty with lots of flowers around. the breakfast options are limited but good. overall I liked the saty and extended it by a day more.

Pathetic and horrible stay. *Filthy and unhygienic linen *Occupied by blood sucking mosquitoes and dangerous insects. *Risky to privacy of guests *Very congested and tiny. *Remotely located area *It's a low category small lodge(not a resort at all)

A good property...the food here is quite good The only problem is the insects around this vicinity but acc to the tariff it's a decent one That's all
