Simply awesome experience...there is no provision to give more than 5 stars else I would have provided 10/10. Location - The property is located at a prime valley overlooking spot at 10th hairpin bend in Kalhatty ghat. One can enjoy amazing views of mountains and valleys sitting in the balcony or terrace of the rooms. Ambience - The rooms are basic but very clean and neat. Dont expect very fancy stuff in the room but who wants to stay inside the room when there is abundance of natural beauty outside. For someone like me, cleanliness of bathrooms is what matters and Wild Zest scored high on it. The entire property is blossomed with different types of flowers such as marigold, lavendar, hibiscus, roses, etc. which makes your stay very pleasant. One can get farm fresh carrots if want. Overall, very good ambience. Food - We had evening snacks (onion pakoda) and coffee and it was amazing. The service was quick and the staff is very responsive. In dinner, we had chilly chicken as starter and it was one of the best (quantity can be better for that rate). Mr. Vijay Singh who is the owner of the property, offered us mutton and it was delicious. Next morning, we decided to stick to south indian breakfast and the dosas were simply awesome. I would rate, one of the best food in and around Ooty. Hospitality - This is where Wild Zest will leave you mesmerised. Right from check in the staff were on their toes to make sure that we are comfortable. When i checked in, the owner of the property Mr. Vijay Singh wasn't around but he made a point to come and meet us, inquired about us. When he saw that i was travelling with my 9 years and 7 years sons, he offered a short drive into the mountains to see some wildlife. Since it was already sunset time, we were able to spot a few bisons, a bull as near as 10 feet. Mr. Vijay is one of those rare folks who not only try to make your stay comfortable but also introduces you to other guests to create social bonding. Full marks to Mr. Vijay for creating such an amazing experience and a team that works for guest's satisfaction. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Wild Zest. This place is highly recommended for the people who want to be closer to the nature, by minimising the physical luxury, maximizing the happiness.

We had a wonderful stay during our vacation at Wild Zest. Mr. Vijay Singh is a wonderful host and the support staff are very friendly. The place is situated few kms from the Ooty city centre, great place to put up for a refreshing time with family and friends.

The stay was really nice. Got hot water 24 hrs. Homemade food was provided whenever needed and so tasty too. Host was really helpful and available all the time. Pleasant and calm environment.
