Two rooms were booked for 4 people, but somehow 2 rooms got booked for 2 people only which means I may also have ignored the final screen. Accordingly, the breakfast was given to only two persons as per CL plan. The issue arose when I ordered something from menu for breakfast and they insisted upon charging as per usual CP rates I.e. Rs.500 per head in place of menu rate. Now imagine they charged for 2 CP plans as per booking and offered either of following items for Rs.500 without offering buffet: 1. Beard omelette 2. Grilled Cheese sandwich 3. Poori bhaji 4. 2 piece aloo paranthe So technically, they charged Rs.500 for bread omelette. Except one guy at the reception, other staff members were extremely polite and nice.

It is a good property with poor management. Staff is confused, No boss over them. Rooms are though clean but small in size. Almiraah in room is not sufficient. Food was pathetic on first couple of days but chef did manage to respond to our complaints and improved the quality slightly. Obviously we don't expect an amazing hospitality but should be at par with money charged. It was amazing because we were travelling together after very long.

Really a nice stay at hotel, we booked two rooms, both were spacious enough, beds were clean, separate blanket was available in wardrobe. Early check-in was available for one room, hot water was there. Only issue was with room heater, it was chargeable, but was not useful at all. Not sure about food as we did not try.

nice location...but room was not cleaned properly...it was dusty room...food was not good ..spices in food were up and down... however staff was very cooperative nd helpful.. as a family it was a nice stay...hotel has its own parking slope...room was dusty ... cooperative staff....but food was not good at all...

it was a fantastic experience to stay at the prime location of shimla, the staff was very polite and professional. room service was very good. the kids were safe and enjoying themselves even when we went outside for shopping.

Hotel has limited number of rooms. Very good Valley view can be seen from hotel rooms. Rooms are spacious. Staff are courteous. Wash room amenities are satisfactory but need improvement.
